My water connection issued by DJB in 1981 was snapped off in June 1998 by GF damaad so that I run away from my flat and sell it under duress

Hopefully cost of water is understood by this nasty man in the group who taunted me recently about plumber and lawyer
I didn't pay bribe money to get water connection and I was focused on studies and didn't want to involve lawyers. Helpful plumber did the job at my flat.
