About Me

I, Dr. Neelam Nath, belong to Suneera Charitable Center Reg. New Delhi. I completed my MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi, in 1975 as part of the 14th batch of 1969. Later, I moved to the United Kingdom, where I registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) London in 1976. After serving there for many years, I returned to India due to personal reasons and started practicing medicine as a freelancer, focusing on family welfare work.

Through my years of experience treating patients in both India and London, I have come to understand that medicines alone cannot cure ailments. True healing comes from a combination of medication, a healthy diet, proper rest, and adequate hydration. I strongly believe that taking care of the liver is essential during any illness, including routine fevers, as it plays a crucial role in recovery.

My journey in medicine has also led me to explore simple home remedies and natural healing methods. I have seen firsthand how home-cooked, nutritious meals can help maintain good health and prevent diseases. That is why I always encourage people to rely on fresh, homemade food rather than ordering from food delivery apps. Not only does it save time and money, but it also ensures better health and well-being.
