What about tons of illegal constructions in residential areas?
During past 25 years there was practically no functional government in Delhi.
Shri Jagmohan ji, BJP union minister for urban development year 1999 warned about Delhi becoming a slum sooner than expected if illegal constructions weren't stopped and he was mocked for becoming a Bulldozer Baba, samething Yogi ji being appreciated these days,2025 by majority of people who have been affected by illegalities and others as law abiding citizens
Narrow lanes to posh colonies, there're added structures without fearing MCD or fire safety rules for safety of humans including fire safety personal. Illegal structures are surrounded by SUVs full of inflammable petrol,diesel fuels
Fire safety comes under MCD and complaining to MCD about illegal structures equals to no complaints because people presume that half of Delhi is made illegally without any authority to approve maps and completion certificates
Supreme Court is the only way to ask for removal of illegal structures but it requires tons of money to be paid to high profile lawyers and judicial process being slow backfires to honest litigants asking for justice
This factor of weak vs strong builders mafias has been responsible for Delhi being made full of pollution because of innumerable humans living in illegal structures and making wannabe leaders a happy lot because of numbers added to their voters along with culture of freebies distributed to them.

I'm affected because of 80% illegal structures on barsati floor and ground floor in our building consisting of GF FF and barsati floor and foundation made during 60s illegal structures added during 85 onwards because of being fearless of authorities
Jagmohan ji had issued show cause notice to barsati floor and ground floor but builders mafias were strong then to make him loose elections by just 1000,1K votes to Congress party which ruled Delhi for 15 years and encouraged infiltrators
